Reservation Policies – Piel Canela
At Piel Canela, every visit is designed to be a pleasant, vibrant, and well-coordinated experience. To ensure the comfort of all our guests and the smooth flow of service, certain reservation policies apply.
Regular reservations, for parties of 6 guests or fewer, include a service time of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Group reservations, for 7 guests or more, include a service time of 2 hours.
We kindly ask that you respect these time frames so that all our guests can enjoy their experience to the fullest. Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the allocated service time.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. We simply ask that you let us know if you are running late so we can hold your table. Without notice, the reservation may be released and considered a “no-show.”
Group reservations may be scheduled at the following times: 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:00 PM, 1:30 PM, and 2:00 PM.
They are not available during peak hours: 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:00 PM, and 12:30 PM.
When confirming your booking, the service time will be specified. For example: “We confirm your reservation for 10 guests, from 9:30 to 11:30.”
