Located inside the Caifan restaurant, Piel Canela is the embodiment of Latin traditions and innovations in hospitality. 

Our name, “Piel Canela”, comes from an expression used to refer to the cinnamon-colored skin of Latin migrants. It evokes warmth and exoticism, but also boldness and history.
